Production Time
Production times vary based on the complexity and size of your 3D printed items:
- Small Items (under 100g): 1-3 business days
- Medium Items (100g - 500g): 3-5 business days
- Large Items (500g+): 5-10 business days
- Complex Designs: Additional 2-5 business days
- Bulk Orders: 7-14 business days
Rush Orders
For urgent projects, we offer expedited processing at an additional cost. Rush orders are processed within 24-48 hours (subject to availability and order complexity).

- Orders over $100: Free standard shipping (domestic)
- Small items (under 1lb): $5.99 - $8.99
- Medium items (1-5lbs): $9.99 - $15.99
- Large items (5lbs+): $19.99 - $29.99
- Expedited shipping: Additional $10-25
International Shipping

Packaging and Protection
We take special care to ensure your 3D printed items arrive safely:
- Custom Packaging: Items are carefully wrapped in protective materials
- Bubble Wrap: Fragile items receive additional cushioning
- Secure Boxes: All items are shipped in sturdy, appropriately sized boxes
- Fragile Labels: Delicate items are clearly marked as fragile
- Moisture Protection: Items sensitive to humidity are sealed in protective bags
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- Email confirmation with tracking number
- Real-time tracking updates
- Estimated delivery date
- Carrier contact information
You can track your package using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Delivery and Receipt

If your package arrives damaged:
- Do not accept the package if damage is visible

- We will arrange for a replacement or refund
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit:
- Contact us with your order number
- We will file a claim with the carrier
- We will reprint and reship your items at no cost
- Processing time for replacements: 3-7 business days

These items may incur additional shipping costs and require expedited shipping for safety.
Temperature-Sensitive Materials
Items printed with temperature-sensitive materials (like certain resins or flexible filaments) are shipped with special packaging and may require expedited shipping to prevent damage.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to the following:
